Safe Training: What You Need To Know Before Going Out There

There are a lot of things to consider when it comes to safe training. You need to make sure the trainer you choose is qualified and experienced. Additionally, you need to be aware of the types of exercises you're doing and how dangerous they could be if done incorrectly.

Here are a few basics of SAFe training that will help keep you safe while undergoing training:

1. Know your limits: Don't do anything that's beyond your current ability or makes you feel uncomfortable.

2. Always wear safety gear: This includes a helmet, gloves, and knee pads if participating in cardio exercises.

3. Stick to designated areas or surfaces when training with weights or other equipment: Never use makeshift equipment or do exercises outside of approved training venues.

4. Let someone know where you're going and when you'll be back: If something should happen while you're out training, have someone locate and inform your trainer as soon as possible so they can begin the rescue process accordingly.

There are a few things you can do to make sure you don’t get injured while training. First, always make sure you are wearing the proper safety gear. This includes shoes that fit properly and protect your feet, appropriate clothing for the weather conditions, and a helmet if you plan on participating in any activities that involve a risk of head injury.

Second, be aware of your surroundings and stay aware of what is around you. Don’t train alone and avoid dangerous areas, cliffs, and other areas where you may not be able to get help if something goes wrong. Finally, take breaks when needed and let your body fully recover before resuming your training.
